403 Forbidden原因很多，我这说是文件权限设置问题：
/var/log/apache/error.log报错：
(13)Permission denied: /path/of/website/.htaccess pcfg_openfile: unable to check htaccess file, ensure it is readable
这时直接把最后一级目录的权限改为755就可以了。
